Welcome to our Roman Catholic faith community.
Our parish community is involved in many aspects of pastoral service. Our many volunteers truly help to make our Church a welcoming place to worship God and enter a profound experience with Jesus.

We always strive to bring the message of love and mercy of Jesus to all who come to our parish. If your are a long-time parishioner or a new parishioner or a visitor, we welcome you with open arms and hope you truly have a wonderful encounter with Jesus at Sacred Heart .

PAVING OF PARKING LOT ON ALICE STREET
As you have noticed the church parking lot is need of major repairs. The goal is to have the parking lot repaved in September-October of this year. I am once again asking our parishioners, who have been very generous in donating to other projects, especially the painting of the church, to help by making a monetary donation to this project - no amount is too small. The estimated cost of this project will cost between $55,000-$60,000 to complete. For more information please click here to read letter from Fr Wieslaw.

Constantly called to renewal, the Church of God, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, seeks always to respond to the needs of her people in every age. Desiring to support the work of the Holy Spirit in the Diocese of Hamilton, Forward Together in Christ was initiated to help the Bishop of Hamilton discern the best way to move the diocese forward after the struggles and limitations imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Once a committee was established, consisting of representatives from the clergy, chancery staff and lay pastoral ministry, it was decided to gather the priests, the permanent deacons, and the paid lay pastoral ministers of the diocese to consult them on three questions.
